As the founder of New Frontiers Tours in 2004, I had the privilege of working with Mohamed Baba from the day we started. As our primary wheels provider, it is no exaggeration to say that he was integral in the success and growth of the company. From a business perspective, he set incredibly high standards – in his fleet, his operation, his drivers and staff. He fully appreciated the importance of his role in the tourism wheel, and was meticulous in ensuring that every service was delivered to the highest quality. Having come through the ranks of the industry, he understood every aspect, from driving to guiding to operations sales and management, and was extremely hands on.

I cannot stress enough how punctual, efficient, well presented and professional his whole team was at all times thanks to his guidance and oversight, and importantly able to adapt to the daily challenges that external influences present, from delayed flights, lost luggage, inclement weather and particularly demanding clients.

From a personal perspective, in the 20 years that I have known Mohamed, he has shown at all times integrity, honesty, empathy and an innate desire to deliver only the best for his clients.
